SYF 2011 ~!

Band SYF today, and they got a silver! So getting stressed up.. Even wondering if Choir can do the same thing.. Just want to get a silver at least.. Haix.

Choir Practice final, and notes giving out, for the songs that we are gonna sing. The mistakes that we always make, by Mrs Erp. Its like, became our bible for one night and one day. Gonna practice and take care of our voice.. SYF is already tomorrow.

WOO.. My first SYF.. And my last too anyway. HAHA! Well, morning to around 12 plus, we did’nt have to attend a single lesson, and just had to practice and warm up for the Grand Finale that we have actually sort of practiced for the past 5 months or so.. Had to put in our best and also, we do not want to disappoint anyone including the school or etc. Mrs Tay came to like wish us luck at about 8am, when we were getting ourself ready and etc. Prepared and so on.. Left school at about 1230. Then took the bus to SOTA.

Reached SOTA and we like sit at the ground level and looking towards Orchard Road, and were waving at people. Like some crazy people. :P HEHE! Then we went around and found that their school is so nice, including the toilet. HAHA! This sounds weird I know. Looks like Shopping Centre one some of us says.. :D HEHE! Then went to the place that we can have our warm-ups. Then we only got like 10 mins there, so we tried to make sure we were quick and ready ourselves, so as not waste time. Once the 10 mins were up, we left and went to the waiting area outside the Competition Hall. Super nervous I guess and that is like all I can say.. Same for many of us, especially this is our first time.

Saw my cousin Melvyn at the second level, while im at the first, then cant tok, so I was using tsktsk to call him. :P HEHE! Then he was like so happy, idk why. HAHA! Went into the Performance Arena, and was like nervous, but I guess, the nervousness for me, soon kicked into performance mood. So just went thru it. After some 10 gruesome minutes, got to sit on the benches or not better-looking chairs and see 2 other schools performance including Anglican High. But Melvyn didnt perform.. Then later went out for some debriefing than took the bus back to school. Was raining.. Was tired already anyway.

Went back school, changed back to uniform, and then slacked with some people and later walked back to school and saw Jeff and his dear group of friends. We sit in front of the guard house there, and wait for the results of the SYF to be out. HEHE! :D We got a SILVER!!! Fine, we were happy with this SILVER! Seriously. And we were like celebrating it! HAHA! :DDDD It was a sweet sweet SILVER! Yea, then we shouted across the road where Joo Xuan, Lian Hua, Chiaki, June, and YuJing I guess were, we were shouting SILVER!!! We are in fact proud of it.. Seriously proud… This is gonna to be the most sweet moment for me, for the entire of April! :DD

Student Leaders Investiture today! The day where Kerin and Munirah is officially the Head and Vice-Head Prefect! :DD WEE!! Im in EXCO, so IDC and I think being in the EXCO is good already ba! HAHA! :D Still fresh from the SILVER Victory, so was still sort of crazy over it anyway! :DD HEHE! :DDD Emil is the emcee, then we all line up on the stage area there. So we got the EXCO badges, and when the EXCOs took the badges that time, it was rather epic! We all go wrong teacher, and Kerin dropped her specs. OMG! Cant believe it right? See.. Epic! HEHE!

Then went back lessons after that.. Yea, So this is the end, now officially an EXCO. :D

Ms Ong announced to the school choir won the SILVER, and yea, it was sweet.. Very sweet I guess. :D HAHA! :DDD
