CNY Day 7
today is ren ri, or is known as everybody birthday on the lunar calendar. so my parents, with my uncle and grandmother to Meritus Mandarin at Orchard, to celebrate it without my sister as she is off to her friend birthday party, which she goes on talking about it till now. so ate some nice food, with a big bowl of yu sheng, not very big, only tht the chopsticks is damm big. so went on to have dinner, and then went to fetch my sister home. will upload the pix some time soon. now not very free. :P
today, in school miss the first period of lesson cos of the Leadership Challenge workshop during the March Holidays, briefing for tht. then also, got final OBS briefing, but cos cant split ourselves into 2, so went for this one. they talked for 1 period, so miss out on english. after all, it was boring! then the briefing got so many steps, i also got confuse lor! WTH! so now going try out le.
went for to see the debating competition which is held in school, wif Kerin and Mavis. went there at 1453. the cat ask us go so we next time can represent the school for it. the competition was between Manjusri Sec and Dunman Sec, which eventually, Dunman Sec won. the english they used were super chim. and sry, forgot to write the topic. it is on “The House WOULD ABOLISH SINGLE-SEX SCHOOL”. found out that it is actually not easy for this debating. not as easy as i think though.
just help 2 person in something, but shall not comment. :P
